Ribadeo & Rinlo

Well,

well pleased to be out of Daviotas, the place was a real time favella. Come on, this was supposed to be a camping, but yet the tents occupied every inch of the plot, had seperate kitchens and toilet tents, even washing machines! If there was a spare inch it was covered in synthetic grass - and the plots were wall to wall, how hideous is that! And the showers/amenities, where's the hot water?

Stopped at Ribadeo and found some great coastline on way to Rinlo and beyond.

Now moved on to find Rinlo, a really pleasant village. Just outside I found Rinlo Costa Camping, a small unpretencious site with good neat plots and a great amenities block, with plenty of hot water from a solar thermal system. Got set up quickly, cooked dinner and went exploring. Happy local bar, good Rioja, so happy and looking forward to tomorrow.

The coast here is supposed to be especially beautiful so will do the 12km to Ribadeo by foot tomorrow - perhaps.

In the event took the bike. Great ride, hardly saw anyone until I got to Plya
