Down to the beach at St. Nic to find insufficent wind for kiting, but the buggies are out. Get set up with a 3.5m Bullet foil, self launch downwind and now the tricky bit, keeping the kite in the air while getting into the buggy, A couple of false starts but I'm in, although the direction control is a bit off and I land up chasing the kite. A few more starts and I'm flying along, good direction control and the kite to the side.

After some good runs along the length of the beach (2m) there is a lull in the wind, I overtake the kite which drops out of the sky. With the lighter wind, relaunching becomes a problem but others come to my aid. I manage to turn the kite over using the brake lines and whoosh, I'm back in business.
Most of the guys are using handles on their lines but I prefer to use a bar, similar to the surfing set-up. I've not yet tried a harness and instead use a wrist leash on the brake lines.
A few more runs but the wind is no longer sufficient. Tide cominging in so time to pack up. I manage to wrap the lines and fold a dry kite into the bag, good for the next time.
